My son in law was stopped recently in his box van...the weight was checked and with him and his work partner sitting in it they were according to the stopping officer just over the GVW...problem was the van was completely empty, withnothing in it at all, this then meant according to this person that they couldn't carry anything at all in their van ? is the plate then wrong ?
as something seems to be amiss ..
